West Sussex BBQ + Show 'n' Shine, August 30th 2009

Well, It's back!

Sunday the 30th August, please make a note for your diary and a supreme effort to come along and support a local club meeting.

I know there are a few local members on this forum (Ian & co) with some nice Classic ur-Quattros and Coupe q's also.

We will have a BBQ and a Show 'n' Shine, open to everyone, with a small charge for entry (£2 probably, just to cover the trophies).

Starts 12 noon, and let's hope the weather is in our favour!

Should be face painting for the little kiddies as well

Venue is as usual at the Fox PH, old A27 between Worthing and Arundel.

The date should not clash with any other events in the VW calander I hope, as both Action and ED38 are the following weekend.

I will attempt to get the pics of last years BBQ up there ASAP but will not guarantee that it will be possible

Went along to the meeting today, took the S2 and the RallyRep. Superb it was too, the pub is lovely, great food and some lovely cars. Might try and team up with John to arrange a joint, regular, meeting there. (The Fox PH, Patcham, West Sussex).
