Its the one on Wheeler Dealers that makes me laugh...
They buy a car for (say) £5,000. Put £1,000 worth of parts on it, take 30 man hours to tart it up, sell it for £6,200 and say :

"wow, £200 profit, lovely jubbly"
Storage costs, transport, petrol, advertising...???

Good old Ed China, working away at £3 an hour.

Profit my arse.

(Yes, I know its an entertainment program, but don't insult us pretending its the way they make a living.)

Well at least it was watchable with Ed China, what do you think of the latest version ? where Brewer as to do lots of trades to get someone their dream car, complete rubbish.

I'm afraid it's not really my cup of tea-I want to see how to get that awkward bolt off from the back of the turbo, not be told "we had problems restoring the engine" with no details...

Car SOS went the same way, with Tim Shaw haggling for parts, and then doing "challenges" to get the parts cheaper.
The Repair Shop is more like it, but a bit gentle. Stick TractorDave on his own show restoring his ur-I'd watch that!

I like that show too, informative whilst giving you a big warm hug, like TV from inside a cocoa mug
