I don't know if it IS overpriced. You can get ropey ones for high money. This is 20V with low mileage.

Sadly thats about the right price for a RR on a "H" plate

There was a MB at Combe last weekend going fo £11995

I've seen them go on average for between £10k and £12K for a decent low mileage 20 valver.
These seems high end and isn't that low mileage in my books.
