Default B4 coupe door card removal

Can anyone tell me how the hell you get the door cards off.
Been out tonight for half an hour and no joy.
found the screw in the inside door handle and another in the end of the door but can't see anything else to undo.

have you taken out the window switch panel i think there may a screw under there once all the screws are out and you have removed the inner door handle you have to push the panel upwards

Before you can remove the door panel you have to remove the door arm rest. There are two Allen screws inside the arm rest, located through holes underneath it. There is also a screw at the rear of the arm rest. There is also a screw hidden underneath the door handle. Once these are removed disconnect the door lock release cable from the back of the handle. Remove the door pull cap from the top rear of the door then pull the bottom of the door card carefully away from the door and lift upwards. Do this carefully as the plastic clips on the back of the card break easily.
