A8 info/advise

I'm looking at a 96 2.8 A8 auto to use as a cheap winter runabout, MOT till June, 172000 miles with service history to 155000 and owner serviced since, just wondering if there is anything specifically bad on them to look out for, I am not in any way expecting a new car I just don't want to be spending a load in repairs for a cheap smoker.

If it's cheap enough just buy it and smoke it,might be a real smooth smoke.

Gamble away.

Usual expensive suspension complexity to watch out for but being the 2.8 should be less stressful to own than the 4.2.

Cambelt changes on the V6 are not cheap so ensure its not in need of one before buying and check all electrics work
