What hat height does the disc that you have, use?

I've dug the above info from Euro car parts (based on model info).
According to Euro car parts they are 39.2 high. Not sure what height I could get to fit

Just realised you're talking B2 coupe quattro and I was replying for Ur quattro, best place to go to for comparing audi disc sizes is 'brakes international' (http://www.brakesint.co.uk) Rochdale, their online shop gives all the sizes for audis, bit better than ECP or CP4L (same company) , by the way B3 discs for the saloons are 4 mm less than coupe ones (52 v 56) in the 276 size.

Hat size on B2 quattro is 41.7 thickness = 20mm, hat height on B3 saloon 20v is 52 thickness = 25 so disc inner face would be 10mm further in. A4 discs are hat height 46.2 thickness = 25 so again inner face 4.5mm further in and you have to redrill 3 holes and elongate one other as they are 5 stud.
Have you researched ford, volvo or mazda that use PCD 4 x 108 ?, however you will have to machine as centre bore hole diameter is wrong.

Are you 4 or 5 stud?

might be interested in your setup.. how do/did you get 280 mm front and 256 rear?

standard cq are 256mm front aren't they?

I did articles on the setup in VW/Audi driver way back in 1998. Send an email address and I'll forward all the info .
Its much better than oe but compared to modern brakes they lag behind a lot , hence some uprated calipers to up the performance should be all I need. After all it only weighs around 1300kg
