Holy sh*t on a bicycle! I now know these brakes have never worked properly. and I should have bought a pressure bleeder ten years ago.

I'll get new drum assemblies, pads springs etc, as you said some springs on either side are slightly different, the self adjuster wedge springs are not the same for a start! Never knew until last week that you can buy the whole thing ready to pop on, always bought a box of bits before!

Thank christ... Right, now to stop the front wheels falling off the van. Ball joint press kit on the way.

Oh aye, you can use the clutch now with one leg... bled that too, big difference.
