80 coupe 2.8 quattro rear sub frame
hi mot failier, rear sub frame corroded, my mistake, need replacement, or can it be welded, hole on n/s what i call trailing arm, HELP

If it is just a hole in the subframe it can be welded/plated. If the rest of the subframe is rotten it may not be worth it.
If you get a new rear subframe just make sure the tie rod mounts are in the same place (or you have the ability to relocate them), as earlier ones have different lengt tie rods, and different subframe mounts. Trailing arm? Coupe quattro rear subframe
