Default Decent tyres for a Ur

We are in the market for some decent, modern tyres for the Ur, and I'm struggling.

I know 215/50/15's are hideously rare and usually ancient in design and sometimes shelf time. So the last set of tyres on our Ur were (are) 205/55/15 Toyo T1R's but these are getting long in the tooth as a tyre design now. The point in case is the new tyres on the S2 are the latest Hankook EVO's and they are night and day better than the old Toyos.

225/50/15's are not an option as they catch under full compression with 4 up and a tank of fuel, and our Ur is usually exactly that.

So... Help....

Has anyone fitted 215/45/15's on 8x15's?

The choice is frankly rubbish at the moment....

Me too I'm struggling for my E30 M3 too as I need 225/45/16's and I can't find any 'decent' tyres for that either.

The Ur has 205/50/15 Dunlop SP but they look a little stretched and it's starting to get to me........

Any other ideas???
