Default Right.. don't laugh.

But!

I've been having thoughts... of buying a late nineties KIA SPORTAGE!!!!

Hear me out. Looking for a short wheelbase, cheap, local/farm/snow/emergency escape vehicle.

Basically Mazda, bongo floorpan, 2.0 petrol 16v DOHC, non-interference, Mazda engine. Between 1994 and 1998 built in GERMANY!! By Karman! Cost fookall, hmmm...

No diff locks, so not going to be astonishing, there is an engine wiring harness that can melt/go on fire, but apart form that! I just can't find a reason NOT to buy one!

So please give me some, before I increase the carpark numbers again.

A grand will get you a korker!

Another option could be a Suzuki Grand Vitara, heard some good reports from one or two people who have got them.
