MB Quattro Dump Valve plumbing

Can anyone tell me how to fit a dump valve to an MB Quattro? I have a recirculating type one, but can’t find much info on how it should be plumbed in.

Thanks, I think that makes sense.. I’m sure the ones I’ve seen photos of have the valve on top of the intake though, I’ll see if I can work out how to do it from that guide.
