not specifically grease but I've had great success with the domestic carpet cleaner machines ( I usually hire a Karcher machine from HSS).
On a Passat estate daughter had bought from a farmer I had to do it three times ( yes !!) but they came up looking like new, so a spot clean of neat cleaner, allowed to soak then the general all over clean.

Default Off another site.Try at own risk.

I get a lot of grease in my vehicles(Working on cars) and I use aerosol hairspray and a toothbrush. I then use some water and a rag, pour on the water and dab with the clean cloth to get the rest out. I found this works really well. It even got the grease out that i put on the seats when I put my mini bike inside so it would not get stollen at the mall. My fault I did not look at where the chain was but i got it all out and I bet you would never know where it was?

I a little curious as to how you come to have blood in your interior. I can understand grease, oil, and rust.
