Audi Door Rings

Hi all,

I am speaking to a friend of mine regarding getting some of the Audi door rings made that were applied to the B2 cars.

A long shot, but does anyone happen to have the artwork or know where this can be obtained? I remember the rings were made in two different colours for the light/dark cars, and that they were available in different sizes for the 80 Sport/GT or the UR, would anyone happen to have the dimensions available?

Also, are there any photos anyone has of the rings close up?

Im particularly after them for my 80 so it would be the smaller ones, and the ones that were designed for the light cars as mine is Zermatt...

We did have a play around on illustrator and think they can be made and cut, its just a case of getting the sizing right and the size of the squares that make up the rings themselves.

I know they are available elsewhere but it would be nice to have a go at making my own!

Not to pee on your parade (partially) and I’ve no ideaoff the dimensions, but there’s already very good reproductions available for the ur.

I have a set in silver, somewhere.

I don’t have a UR, and as I said above, I want to make my own?
