Yes that's poor. I would be surprised if the site takes any orders to be honest.

Regards the company address, its just a virtual address bought from Regus, thats why the company isn't physically there. http://www.regus.co.uk

He'll be drop shipping from home. Goodness knows how you'd get on if you need to return parts

I would not wish to deal with anybody who called their company 'cheapbrakecalipers ' .
Maybe I'm too careful.
Cheap brakes are not something I wish to have !

I tried to make enquiries with this "company" a few months ago and got no response at all. That was enough for me to look elsewhere - went to Rexbo.eu if I remember correctly for a rear called. Both their service and product were good.
