Default 2.0 16v ACE throttle position sensor

original part number is 048 133 154

throttle position sensor that fits on to throttle body assembly. Tried to order a new one but there are none to be had.

Not sure if its expensive at £90 but its genuine Pierburg. Might need one of these myself at some point.

Thanks for the heads up but I've already gone down this avenue and the part is nowhere to be had, even in their German warehouse!

I'm assuming so as the car was working perfectly. I've a multimeter and it's still in the car so can check it out, not sure what to check for however? Guessing it's just a switch so open or closed?

the main issue with my car is the idle was too high all the time and the fuel economy is bad, so if your car wasn't exhibiting either of these problems, then I'll go for it.
