1987 C3 Avant Tailgate Window Washer Pump

Folks,

Assistance please. My tailgate's window washer jet isn't working. I cannot hear its pump work. Unless my eyes deceive me, my Haynes manual and 7zap.com don't seem to cover it.

Would someone kindly please tell me:

1. Which fuse relates to it?
2. Where is the pump likely located?
3. What is the part number for the pump.

Not sure on the fuse.

431 955 651 - should be on the right hand side of the boot behind the covers.
