Default Rhd parts vs lhd parts - atf dipstick pipe

I haven’t been able to source a new auto gearbox dipstick pipe anywhere in Europe (the pipe is the one for the atf and so runs from the bottom of the auto gearbox sump pan into the engine bay). I’ve found a distributor in America called ECS Tuning who have a pipe that matches the original part number I have. Question is, is the pipe likely to be different with it being in the American market with left hand drive? Or the same question worded differently : is a part number correct regardless, or can part numbers mean different shaped parts in different markets around the world?

A nice brain twister for your Wednesday morning!

Link below to the part on the ECS website (part no. 089321405B).

If it the part number matches, it will work on lhd or rhd
