Thanks,for all your help.
I have finally sourced repair panels,but don't know how good they are?
I'm just trying to get an idea of the sill structure,before I start cutting.

Main tool is spotweld drill with a little help of grinder between doors and rear side of the rear doors.

I asked my friend what was hidden there behind the sills. He told me that directly after the A-pillar is a support and then at the rear jacking point, a vacuum hose behind the B-pillar. Otherwise it's just empty space behind the sills.
