They're actually 63mm centre, where the Audi is 68ish.. plus the offset is wrong

I've gone for 2.6 V6 280mm x 22mm discs with Wilwood 4 pots..

Be interested in full details of this install, as need some better calipers but something that allows me to retain the 15" Ronal R8

Easy peasy in reality. I've used 1992 Audi 2.6 discs with Wilwood Dynalites and mounts from Chris Eyre. (intended for mk2 Golfs, but fits our Audi's too)

Part #'s

Discs 8A0 615 301 E

Calipers Wilwood 120-5093

Chris Eyre is a motorsport legend over on Club GTI.

New brake lines will be needed as Wilwood use 1/8 NPT fitting, but when I ordered the calipers from Rally Design they knew the fittings I needed and supplied them.

If you have the earlier front uprights you can use modified G60 Corrado discs which are the same size but with lower offset and the same calipers. Chris does mounts for the mk1 golf if you have caliper carriers with early 75mm centres.

Is it not possible to change the hubs/brake system over from a mk2 golf to suit your purpose?

I know it's not 4 stud but I was hoping to swap the hubs and brakes from a mk3 16v?

The hubs are quite different I afraid.. certain golf brake calipers can be swapped over though..
