type 81 headlamps

one of mine is looking a bit 'cloudy' and the other has a hole in the glass.
Are the lenses replaceable? If yes how?
If yes part numbers ( particularly left hand)
Local electrical factors may be able to get two new ones from Bosch in Germany - about £61 each +vat
Is this a reasonable price?
