Unable to post on parts for sale

I`m not able to post on the parts for sale page, do I have to upgrade my membership?

Are you a paid up member ? You don't seem to be which will be why you can't post where you want to.

On this subject, I paid my membership fee a while back but am not able to post in the for sale section.

Anyone know how I can go about doing this?!
