I have a febi diff bush. You can have it for free. I went poly bush in the end. Pm me your address.
I bought new Meyle hd wishbones. Not too expensive. |

The rear bush bolt has seized in the mounting, looks like some hacksaw fun ...

I'd suggest that's the least of your worries judging by that rear subframe.
You seriously need to consider removing the subframe and getting it repaired / blasted etc.

That's the plan, this is the only thing holding it in. all the mounting bolts have come out :-) as the rear track arms are different I am presuming the type 85 subframe I have will not fit...

Contacted Meyle, they don't do the wishbones, only the bushes

non anti-roll bar subframes are interchangeable between t85 and t89.
You will need to use the t89 track rods. If you've got the 4 allen key bolts off, you should be able to drop the whole assembly with the mount stuck in it. Should be easier to remove it off the car. Rear diff can be supported on a jack or stand. For wishbones, you can use front ones with the 2 bolt ball joint that are symmetrical. Coupe ones are usually offset.
