Bumped into these from the locker and had to put them on first. I want to go back there, they really where the best days in many ways Just wish i'd met my Mrs back then. Second thought maybe not wouldn't have been able to sew some oats. Ok soon after then.

First one smashed it, the original version is in the top of the playlists when I'm allowed to play them loud indoors

That dance move looks a lot like the Insanity HIIT workout

Absolutely, just the whole energy excitement of it all and of course it was just a happier less stressful time than today.
