UR Quattro Tyres 215/50/15
I have a WR Quattro with Goodyear eagle tyres 215/50ZR15
Unfortunately I picked up a nail in a borderline repairable area of the tread, it may bulge ever so slightly if repaired.? The remaining tyres have plenty of tread left but trying to source a pair or even a single goodyear eagle tyre(s) is proving nigh impossible. I know Dunlop SP 9000 are more readily available but there is more choice and fair savings to be made in 225 50 15 and even more choice in 205 50 15. I know people that run 225 50 15 without the tyre catching on the inner wings. What is the general consensus? What do you run on yours? |

I have 225/50/15's and no problems at all. I had a spare set of Goodyear Eagles in the right size but some charming janner broke into my garage in Plymouth not once but twice whilst we were trying to sell the house and took EVERYTHING, literally gutted the garage!
