Default Audi Tradition b2 cq sunroof seal....

......anyone ordered one recently????

4x6 on here had terrible trouble fitting one back in 2014, and ended up getting a refund. Does anyone know if Audi Tradition have got their act together - anyone got one??

I got one fitted this year. Seemed ok to be fair. Will put up a pic later. It does what it's meant to. It was a lot less hastle than I thought and buying one at the same time as a winscreen rubber meant the postage wasnt quite as iutrageous. Ironically the windscreen seal Inc postage workef out cheaper than ebay.

This is the end result. The 5pence piece is to show how far above the roof the seal comes.. It's not noticable on the road, especially given the noise that my shitty old sunroof and seal made.

Thanks very much for sharing

There's a few bits I need from there, so I'll buy altogether - make the postage pay for itself

Many thanks again

I was going to buy sunroof seal, despite the reported issues. The newish one that was on my car when it went into the paint shop is actually in a sorry state. But the tradition website comes back with nothing in the search.

I guess this means its a mainstream part, no longer subject to the normal issues of dealer-tradition shenanigans, or delivery costs?

i.e. it might be a good thing

Just done all parts for Audi b2 Coupe Quattro... No sunroof seal available.

I checked my old order of October 2015 and the part number was 855877297 2AT. (according to my invoice). Hope this helps with the search but methinks Audi Tradition are out of stock.
