Get alignment done today and take it for an even longer spin.

can't go too far today- got my wee 2 yr.old son to look after and 2 very furry dogs that overheat in this weather! But nice offer!

Hi Anthony, what's the plan for the run, any update on final destination etc? Looking forward to it. Hope to have the bodywork on m coop sorted by then, and fresh MOT. Kids and commitments might get in the way of the former though.

I think plan would be to meet at Otterburn Mill for coffee n breakfast at around 10am initially and then up for a blast through kielder a couple of photo opportunities on the way especially around the damn and then through to borders then head towards Newcastleton and Longtown and then over to Dumfries and New Galloway?

Am off to Germany today so will update in 2 weeks time but if anyone has a better suggestion am always happy to listen and change!!!!

Back from A fantastic 2 weeks in Germany and the day before I was due to leave the S2 suffered a nasty burst tyre on drivers front luckily I was driving down hill slowly into Hexham at the time and so I parked up and changed onto the spare and to my horror the inside of the tyre was beyond the metal wires in the tyres checked the other side and exactly the same so drove home very slowly that night!! Sometime this week going to put 2 new tyres on and get it in the garage to see what it's catching on as its sitting on the correct spacers

Anyways just a little bump for the kielder drive and see if there are more wanting to join and if people are happy with the route

Nice to hear your holiday was good

I think you'd hear/feel if the tyres were rubbing? Could be wheel alignment/geometry issue?
How many miles have you done since the subframes were done?

Looking forward to Kielder

Hi John I think it's 3 years ago now I only do about 4K a year in the S2 and no I haven't had it checked but I will be!! Lol.
