Seconded. Have you had a quote for the respray as it may be worth comparing prices (or are you going to have a go yourself?)

VDT: those S6 wheels look well

I've been quoted £40/wheel from a trusted bodyshop.

Sounds like a decent price but when you think for not a great deal more, a powder coater will blast/dip and coat the wheels removing any trace of corrosion rather than just flatting off and giving them a lick with the spray gun....?

"You pays your money, you takes your choice..."

Having just had the 90's done, 28 years old and sporting a duff paint job of their own, i'm confident i made the right choice.

Going back to the colour, white aeros on a white B3 90, defo
Not sure it would hold up on a C3 though

Powder coating IS far more durable on alloys as said, painted wheels have a big enemy called dog pee , it bites into laquer and paint.

I totally agree it's worth considering.

I paid £60 a wheel to have old tyres removed, dipped, powder coated in Zermatt, new boots fitted and balanced, and .....all collected and delivered from my workplace in the price.

A good deal I thought.
