Default Best uprated pads for a series 2

OK I am after honest opinions on what are the best uprated pads for the series 2 after my Black Diamond pads started to fade after several fast stops on the industrial Park near me. Also tried EBC greenstuff but they didn't work too well during normal use though did stop you once you got them hot after a few fast stops...
Presently running 280x22mm grooved front discs and 256mmx12mm grooved at the rear

Alright i'm not on standard by any stretch off the imagination. Ive tried various pads greenstuff etc. But best ive found are ferodo ds2500's nice pedal from cold and no fade only problem which isnt really a problem is they make a lot of dust so regular wheel cleaning is in order but i was that impressed by em i bought 2 sets which at £130 a go must say something about how much i liked em

I've got EBC Greenstuff Pads all round and Vented/Grooved discs all round, and they're brilliant even from high speed. To be fair, they'd probably struggle with a 10 lap session on 'the Combe' but they're certainly up for some serious stopping, regularly.

*cough* have you considered losing some *cough* weight?

This is what I found too, Just wondering if Red version are any better or worse. Like the idea of less brake dust as Ronal 16 spoke wheels change colour almost instantly with present 'predator' ones

Do you 'brake' or 'pansy about on the peddle for a bit, slowing down a little'...?

As Tim lovingly explained, you can't get rid of energy, you can only transfer it... EBC Greens do just that... Rapidly transfer energy.

Get them in and on, shed the speed, get off them... they love that. Well, they do in a 1300kg car, including driver...

Erm, OK I must brake like a pansy though when you get brake fade approaching a roundabout it kind of makes you drive that way as you lose confidence in the brakes ability to stop you if you didn't brake like said pansy
