I found a similar adapted version today. Not sure entirely how this happened but I don't remember that being a factory special edition. Hmmm.... It's got a big zorst too!

the thing that amazes me about the renault 5 is the amount of time, effort and cash that has gone into this car to completely ruin it!! the back end is hilarious - imagine how much you'd laugh if you saw that thing in traffic - i bet you could see the bodyfiller peel off to the tune of his appalling taste in very loud musik, innit . . .
