No one offers a car for sale without knowing what they want for it

Audimaan quite obviously has a figure in mind but is clearly hoping someone on here will make an offer in excess of his price

Not seen any of these for sale on auction sites etc.etc to help put a value to this car tonight, so im gonna say at a guess £3000. I may put it up for sale on other sites aswell. Or start breaking it up for spares very easily in the summertime, which i can do very well. For now if you are interested, offers may be negotiable. All info is available & i will reply soon as convenient around work duties. Am self employed & work at various times around the clock.

I know there are other enthusiast websites where it is the norm to break what is purported to be a good car. I've never really understood the practice myself.
Looking to sell to a good home where it will get TLC isn't really compatible with breaking it up into spares.

Of course, there's no explaining 'gas axe' simmo, but that another story.

And just for good measure

😝 nice to see another saloon auto S4 still alive and kicking !!

My ex is somewhere down south and mot'ed and taxed until August .. this could be one of the last 4 remaining silver S4's I'm aware of.. I think the one Spink broke up was a manual though 🤔

Good luck with your sale

If i were you,i would seriously stick this up on eBay.I'm sure you will get interest in it and it could sell well. Or sell to someone on here who gives assurances to give it a good home.

I have a feeling £795 is not a figure you would be happy with (I was just pulling your leg by the way ), so what would you be happy with?

Someone mentioned this one in a general post the other day.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2322658201...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

And somewhere in between work discovered this aswell.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1824845759...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Not the exact models as mine. However I'm sorry for the delay in quoting a price for sale. But lifes extra busy at times. Hope the £3250 ono in advert will get sorted with the admin when convenient.

Not sure of what gas axe story your interested in but as for breaking up the car this summer v TLC...who knows it could end up in storage as a future project until my drive space and garage are free again.
TBH Its damn too good for a breaker pal.
I had allsorts of older and newer Audi's for over 20 years, my first Audi was a B2 Type85 AUDI 80 SPORT & I owned it for 10 years and rebuilt it with a few conversions and ran many other projects etc. Time was not an issue back then but now family and home has its priorities.

Truth be told - I'd keep it!!

I owned my ex UrS4 saloon auto 3 separate times in the past and wouldn't say no to a 4th go - IF I could find it again 😂 The attrition rate of older cars and not just Audi's is shocking !! IF you can find somewhere to lay it up for a few years it's value will rise quite cinciderablg
