I've got an 04 ZS TD as a daily at the moment and apparently 600 miles is possible. But it usually goes down to 450 miles with my heavy foot
I've done 500 miles and not been warned of low fuel, i've not let it get lower than that

I didn’t like it. Got a petrol now which is only a few mpg less but I much prefer it.

I never managed 500 miles from a full tank. A trip to Dover topped out at 490ish
Guess I need to try getting a test drive of one if I'm going to make my mind up if I like it or not.
