That £85 is probably made up of air freight clearance charges, import duty and VAT. See if you can persuade the supplier to send it by FedEx, DHL or similar. Their clearance arrangements will include 100's of packages simultaneously reducing the individual cost.

Jag XJ6/12 use a very similar part on their anti roll bar drop link.
Bits available s/hand and new.

Might not be concourse but might fit or at least work

Or just take one into a machine shop and ask them to copy it.

I made mine from M8 x 35mm stainless steel washers 2mm thick, I pressed the washer into a socket with a 35mm outside diameter and fitted a jubilee clip round the top of the socket so the washer would not move as I pressed a 22mm socket into the 35mm socket in a bearing press, you could also use a large vice but maybe problematic, photo below taken 5 minuets ago using different size of washer but same result.

Just seen this on Ebay, search for "MEYLE 116 060 0013" it is the drop link including 4 cup washers, now this is not the correct drop link for a Ur quattro but the washers, bushes, nuts, and sleeves should fit your drop link, wishbone and anti roll bar end eyelet for £8.76, they have 4 in stock, the cup washers are on Ebay for just under £5 each and you need 8 for a set.

The original part is the cup washer which sits under the top mount - nothing to do with the drop links

Sorry gents got the wrong part in my mind, Mike is correct but in my defence they do look very similar parts. jem.cutter I have two used washers from an Audi 80 B2, the part numbers seem to match up, photo below, they have been sandblasted tonight, if you would like them, PM me your name and address.
