Default 3 spoke sterring wheel removal

As above really dont want to damage it when i remove it.

Horn push is like a bayonet fit, turn it anti-clockwise and it'll come off to reveal nut underneath.

Good job i didnt try to hard to pop the horn push off.

What size nut is it pls ive only got up to 22mm and its to small

It's a 24mm, halfrauds sell them. I buckled and bought one from them and it's been an invaluable purchase.

Suggest that you don't take the 24mm nut right off before you've freed the wheel on the splines - if you take the nut right off, when the wheel comes loose you'll nut yourself with it!

Good point well made, first time I took mine off I punched myself in the face with a follow through from the steering wheel, was not impressed! Also, catch the spring and washer!

Thanks guys i did get it off quite easyly once the 24mm nut was removed.
Ive had problems before with push fit gearknobs that ive been trying to remove
