Default NEC Classic Car Show.

At the NEC today for the car show, not as many Audi's as last year but a good day out and glad FlyBe was doing the driving there and back!
Mr KennethQuattro.....good to see you and hope you enjoyed the show.

Was great to speak to you, too. I really enjoyed the show. Highlight for me was the quattro Owners Club stand. It was very impressive.

For me the Mustang stand did it.......and the Ford's were well represented although no mk4/5 Cortinas'.
I wasn't sure but were the UR's part of the same stand as the B4 Coupe and the 100 rally car?

I did get a bit of a stiffy when I spotted the MK3 XR3is. Still one of my all time favourite cars. I also loved the very seventies shade of green S Plate Jaguar XJ-S on it's Kent alloys. Again, one of my favourite cars.
The quattros were the quattro Owners Club. The B4 Coupe and 200 rally car were a different club, the Audi Owners Club. I didn't spot Club Audi, where they there?

Some pics of the quattro Owners Club stand.

Roger Galvin's Sport quattro. Yes a genuine factory one. One of the six original UK registered cars.

Steve's Satin Black MB alongside Roger's Sport.

Stephen MacPherson's Diamond Silver WR. One of the 17 factory UK RHD quadlamp cars.

David's Alpine White 20V.

Well I'm up here at the moment, some great cars here. Hats off to the guys at the QOC!

Also thanks a lot to Roger Galvin for letting me sit in his sport quattro! Genuinely a really nice guy to chat to and sitting in my all time favourite car has made the show for me!
