Default Vacuum cleaner attachments

Folks,

Can anyone advise me where I can get my mits on some attachments for my vacuum cleaner that are smaller and able to get into all those hard to reach places you find in a car please?

Frost's Car Restoration have this sort of thing, but it looks expensive on their website. Halfords don't appear to stock this sort of thing.

errr, I'll be honest, I use some 10mm plastic tubing we have at work and have just tape it to the smaller nozzle. It gets to all those awkward places and being flexible, it gets down the side of seats and under seats with ease.

and the cost was nothing as it was just lying around

Now that's what I call maximising profits

I would do similarly to Coxy, only difference is that I don't have any tubes lying around, but compressor - air @ 6 bar nicely blows shit out of gaps and carpet. Actually the carpet itself is able to hold quite a big amount of fine sand that won't come out when using just vacuum cleaner.

For situations like that, we use a Tornador!

Ok, some kind of foam. Good luck. I washed my carpet with buckets of water and brushed it with brush, adding washing powder - yet still there was some fine sand inside.
