Getting excited now, only a few weeks till the Goodwood Revival, probably one of the best events I have ever been too.

Not to everyones taste but they have some amazing swing/jive/rock-a-billy bands there.
The Jive Aces live are just brilliant, and the dancing is supurbbbbbbbbbbbb.

Aye, we love the same music, come from the same good old London Town, except i'm still slightly troubled about these dancing slippers he keeps mentioning sounds like something my best mates mum and dad might have worn during the fifties. Show us these slippers David!

This is how me and my best mate used to dress back in 85 when off to a club and before you say it yes it's the young looking chap on the right!! It's the only pic i can get my hands on right now and one of a few put up at his mums funeral we attended yesterday down in Wiltshire.




David,we need to see these dancing slippers of yours. We used to wear leather soled shoes, plenty slippery enough on the dance floor.

Just checked,....... tickets sold out, maybe another year? Actually to get some swing and the music David put up,............. Anyway i'll be up in London that weekend having a few bevvies with old Kodak workmates as a mates coming down from Glasgow.

You certainly wouldn't have been the one in the white boots. What do you mean you don't take a good pic....? That's a great picture of you and the wife!

Thanks for the offer David you know i'm up for a meet as we tried recently, and will get down to see you at some point but seriously i'm really snowed under right now what with lots of family and friends stuff, funerals left right and centre going on. Perhaps a trip to Goodwood next year? and in your finished GT6.
