Scuttle cover RHD AC
I know someone on here found one of these-but I can't find the post!
Can someone with better skills find the post for me please? I think it came from Russia... thanks! (I will keep trying but it eludes me...) EDIT never mind-I found it on ebay. £120 ! (plus any import taxes...) Has anyone come up with a good replacement idea?

Is this the one you are after?

Thanks-that looks the same!
The part numbers are confusing, and 7zap does not show a RHD a/c part number. I'd need to get it right before ordering. I'll take a better look at the cover later. Maybe a bin bag would give some protection until then... #rolleyes

the problem is that air con wasn't fitted to rhd cars at the factory - it was a dealer fit.
So you need to modify any replacement. The lhd air con one will likely work but you'll need to trim it for the clutch reservoir. I'm sure Highland quattro does them

I agree. Neither of those are for AC cars-but thanks for looking.

I’m looking again for one of these covers. I think the best way to go is to get a RHD one and trim it to fit around the AC intake, but has anyone fitted one before?
And does anyone have a better idea than paying £100 odd ? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I bought one of these some time ago, pretty good quality. You just need a friend to buy it from within mainland Europe and then send it on to you. As I recall i bought with some A2 bits through a helpful member (Rickmeister) on the A2OC form .

Thanks-did to have to trim off the passenger side to let the AC fit?
I’ve also thought of using some of that heavy builders plastic. With the AC the protection is not quite as important as the fan area is covered already. Another option would be to cover the underside of the bonnet where the louvres are-that is, to make the diversion from there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
