Air intake pipe

Hi all, been doing a few tidying jobs under the bonnet of the coupe and I've found this doesn't look quite right does it? anyone got a decent air intake pipe housing MAF sensor thingy knocking around ? (or what ever its called) part number is 035 129 608 I've found a new nos one but its in Latvia. The car is an '81 coupe gt 1921wn carb

Its just the warm air diverter valve Dave that takes warm air at startup when cold to feed the carb and stop it icing up.
As long as the flap opens and closes under vacuum it would appear functional.
