Lightbulb Audi 100 C1

Hi,
I'm looking to get an Audi 100 C1 and thought this would be the best place to ask! It needs to be RHD and preferably have an MOT, but any 100 that you may have I may be interested in, as long as it isn't a massive project!
Thanks

I saw that one and the other ones that were for sale on eBay in the last month or so, but they all seem to be mint. I don't mind a bit of patina and would prefer a stock car so i can make it my own but needs to be running and driving.

Ah, but there's the problem as to find the parts to restore and get them going is becoming a bit of a minefield these days...thats why I suggest getting in touch with the Audi Coupe Club of Great Britain, (ACCGB ) they are a bunch of real enthusiasts in that specialised Club and they may well be able to direct you to someone who can help with what you want.....

Yes Ollie, the coupe S with the holes in the rear valance belongs to the Club Chairman, Steve Love.
C1s are rare beasties, what prompted your interest?
They are amazing motors to drive. As Frank says there is a lot of support from the Coupe S club, spares are very rare, I am constantly amazed at the indifference from Audi when compared to BMW, Mercedes and the like.
As they are so rare, when sold, most C1 owners don't wish them to be "slammed" or "upgraded" or otherwise "improved". So future intent plays a large part in persuading an owner to part with their car.
As cars go, they operate very well, surprisingly well. When setup correctly they will stick in the outside lane behind modern Audis up to licence threatening speeds, but outside of that, driving through town, you may as well be driving a Lamborgini or Ferrari for the attention you will receive.
PM me if you want any more information
