Unhappy KV engine toothed timing belt pulley

Hi,

I'm in need of toothed timing belt pulley, the old one has a large crack in the flanged section and I don't think I want to reuse.

Just to clarify its the timing pulley attached to the crank shaft and the harmonic balancer.

Part number;
035 105 263C

Thanks

I get the part to be 034 105 263 A

I "think" it's still available new? There is a guy on S2 forum makes billet steel ones.

Thanks John

I have been looking for a while now, I can find 069 and 074 variants new but can't seem to find the 034 ones.

My sprocket had C stamped on it and has 22 teeth. The only 034 A I can find new has 26 teeth apparently, not sure how accurate that is haha.

Ah nice, not sure a billet one would sit well with my budget but if its the only chance... Do you know who he is? I might have to enquire if no one has any used ones.

Cheers

The earlier 10v cars use the 035 105 263 C.

When it changed to the super torque timing belt, they started using 034 105 263 A.

What year is your KV ?

You'll need the 035

I got one of these from a dealer but it was a few years back now.

Your other option is to change all the pulleys and idler roller to allow you to convert to the supertorque

Yeah though so.

Ok, I'll give the dealers a try.

Might be the only option if I can't find a new or old 22 tooth sprocket, at least all is not lost.

Thanks.
