PM Gib here or on Audifans.net. He has a few bits I think.

or look at this thread:

"Thanks for the link, they were really helpful - directed me to KMI in London who do refurbs of the metering head for £200 + VAT. Sounds alot but an exchange unit from Bosch is £1058! Thanks"

KMI / Ken Mills Injection in London - 0207 3857138 - are an excellent company.

They come up on eBay fairly regularly - there is one for an '85 2144cc engine at the mo. On eBay USA there is a brand new metering head for a 5 cylinder - £70ish?? I would recommend KMI for a refurb - it comes back as new - mine works and looks fantastic - £244inc.

I need to check as i have a few but in various states of disrepair. What is actualy wrong with yours as they very rarely go wrong?

Presume you have flow checked?

Side note does any one have the volume by degree equation for the std bosch head. I used to have it but can't find it any more, pretty sure its a 1/4 turn of the screw for max fueling but cant remember.

Car starts and runs fine cold but as soon as it warms up I cant get it to idle reliably below 1200 rpm, it hunts about and the CO reading is really low. Doesn't respond to adjustments to the mixture screw and the CO readings fluctuate anywhere between 0 and 1% but it always settles to a really lean mixture. When really hot if it stalls, it will not start again until it has cooled down (no fuel pressure?),then it will start and run fine until it warms up(not great when you fill up for petrol!) I thought it was an air leak but cant find one anywhere and I have swapped the warm up regulator with a spare which made no difference. Idle stabiliser valve is fine and has also been swapped with a spare to make sure. I am running out of ideas other than the metering head. It does have a cat so wondered if it might be something to do with the oxygen sensor or something.
I spoke to KMI as pimpdriver suggested, really helpful guy there but dont want to send it to them until I'm sure it is the metering head. Flow to head is fine but haven't been able to check the injector side. Drives fine when warm, its just the idling.
