A100q- lights stalk
Mine has developed a fault when switching between high and low beam; it occasionally chooses neither, and gives rise to a 'moment' or two.

It is in fact listed as common across not just the C4, but also the B4 and my V8s! In fact, anything from ‘89 onwards. The latter being an irritation because my spare has a broken pin in the plug, so is unusable.

I can't remember the details as it's a few years ago now since I replaced a faulty dip beam stalk on the 200, but this is a common fault with the 100/200, and if memory serves me correctly it's to do with there being no relay to handle the voltage current load to the stalk (feel free to correct me on that lads). I bought a kit (Custom Auto Craft I think) with two relays and wiring that connected into the existing loom with the relays clipping into the auxilliary relay bank under the dash and there's been no problem since. That's probably 8 years ago. Well worth doing as it saves having it happen again.
