Assume we're talking ur Quattro? The card that sits above the footwell? If so I've got both, in the boot at the moment. They're quite different shapes. If you'd like I can make up a couple of eps files to print and use as templates.

That would be great, thanks-just the passenger side for me. I now have a pdf of two A4 pages, which can be printed off and used as a template for the driver's side(so the scale/printing etc is not an issue-provided its printed on 2 sheets of A4 paper it will be correct). Is that how the eps file would work? I've not heard of eps before so fear it might need special paper or careful scaling... |

I now have a passenger side card as well-thanks Andy!
I’ve traced its outline on to two A4 pages and will make a pdf of this on Monday. If anyone needs a pattern to cut their own cards, pm me an email address and I’ll email you both pdfs. Easy job to then print A4 pages off and use as a pattern. |

What kind of card are you using for these chaps? I was thinking of hardboard but maybe that’s too stiff?

The original stuff is thick fibrous cardboard, with a thick (1cm)foamy covering
The passenger side, if I remember correctly, has a flap that breaks off very easily. . I’m going to use an old corrugated FOR SALE sign to see how that works. It is flexible, but strong and hidden away from sight. It can be sprayed black if needed. |

I have a drivers side one but not the passenger side.
I think I remember the flap being hinged by the foam backing and having a finger hole? |

i now have the scan of the passenger side, but the thumb drive i put the driver's side has become corrupted!
I'll redo it and send both PDF's to the people who've asked for them tomorrow. Sorry! |
