Probably going to get utterly reamed for this, but i feel sad seeing cars like that getting into that state.

I do hope it finds a good person to fix it up and get it back on the road, you just dont see them anymore where once they were common.

Itd be nice to know it was back on the road again.

I tell you what, I had a 1.6L C reg one and it was ‘okay’….

What I was quite surprised was it’s the real basic poverty spec 1.3 and I don’t even recall many of them in 1988 when I bought mine.

I didn't realise they even made one with a 1.3 I remember the tech college I went to had a few Montegos, I've fond memories of them.

Don't know when I last saw one on the road??
