Bit of a dilema Coxy, £30 is money, but not a lot..... However, if like me, you are dependant on your clean license, or just on having it, 3 x 4 cockups which one can do in a week, sees you out on your arse wrt working etc.

I think often in this country which I really love to live and work in, there is not enough common sense used in policing or enforcement.

I would blow a days leave, and spend the £90 and get them off my back..... the repercussions, as I have realised on things like motor insurance end up being more than it is worth.

I had an old guy crash into the side of my car about 3 years ago, and then 2 carpark dings when I was not with the car...... (one in a closed hospital carpark) and I am a "high risk user" Now the insurers want to crucify me with their quotes.....!!

I have driven since age 18 on a liscense, motorbikes and cars, and no claims..... Yes !
Done the BMW advanced drivers course a few years ago, etc....

I get so frustrated because a lot of this stuff is covered in passing the buck or people not wanting association with and blame in actions.

Just on a slightly different note, for a minute, if you park in the 'disabled bay' at Asda at Cannock, just as you open the door and get out, a voice comes out of a box on a pole ( no not one of them Poles ) and says. " Do you really need to park in a disabled space" " Only park there if you have to" " you may be taking up the space from somebody who really needs it".
Neat, really neat. I kept going back in and out to see if the voice got more and more piss*d off but it didn't

Can you read that asks the optician,
The Pole replys.........Read it ??
