Ok, he's replied and roughly translates to "Yes, that'll be 21 Euros please"

Quote:
Hallo,
My problem now is that I tried to use Buy it Now, but it won't let me buy them cos he has not selected that he will post to the UK!

Any ideas on what to put on an email to him!

Something along the lines of:

Quote:
Hi there, I would like to buy your springs and will pay postage to the UK but I can not use Buy it now on eBay as you have stated that you will not post to the uK on your listing.
please could you amend your listing to state you will post to the UK.
many thanks
Coxy

Yeah, he's found a good company called Hermes - they sent my last set of wheels - very happy with the service.

Anyway, with regard to bidding. Did you go via your own Ebay or did you log on in Ebay.de?

If you did go via .de and it still doesn;t work then you can send the following email.

Vielen Dank

Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Coxy

I've used that a lot on the past but the interpretations can be rather hit and miss, but at least you tend to get an idea of what's being said!!

It's good that some people on here are fluent in German!!

Just got this back!

Quote:
Hi Coxy,

Also einen anderen Vorschlag:

Somit wäre also der Gesamtpreis inklusive Versand 62 Euro.

Volksbank RS/Solingen
BLZ: 3406xxxx
KTR: 2033xxxx

Für Überweisungen aus dem europäischen Ausland:

IBAN DE2934060xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
S W I F T : VBRSDxxxxx

He's ended the listing early so I guess that's the easy bit sorted!

Just gotta stump up the cash now.

cheers for the help!!

Now I've just gotta find me some rims!!

The cash has been paid and the springs are on the way!

The lad who sold them sent me a couple of pics of his old Audi 80 (prior to being stolen) on BBS split rims!

a couple more for the archives!!!!
Simply stunning!! BBS Splits FTW!
