I once sold some brake calipers on ebay. Guy said he would send a cheque. The cheque arrived but is was for £1,000 , not £100 the brakes were. I contacted him and he said it was a mistake, bank the cheque and send the balance here .............
I took the cheque into work ( Bill's garage) and we successfully lifted a good print. Matched to a wanted guy believed living in Nigeria. The cheque was stolen. |
