It looks like only the bottom of the panel is rotten, I can remove the whole thing and take a pic for you to see it.

Hi scott, I've removed the bumper and lights and the panel looks good apart from bottom inch or so. I will take a pic and post it. Daz

Here it is buddy, I've cut it completely off the car. It has a bit of rust on it but is still usable I think.
