£5000 for the whole car or just the conversion?
With a street legal for Germany would be great.

Default An unknown Audi Quattro (rally)!?

I could build one from scratch using a range rover so would be 3.5 or 3.9 Rover V8 with either 4 speed automatic or 5 speed manual with the quattro bodyshell attached.
It would be registered as a Range Rover and be road legal in the UK. I don't know how you would be able to register it in Germany as they seem to be much more strict

Yes it's pretty difficult, but of course not impossible.
I hate our rules and that they are so strict for our cars.
