1987 Audi coupe quattro springs
Could someone who has a standard suspension Coupe Quattro count the coils on the front and the rear as I need to know which way the springs go. I think the one with an extra coil goes on the rear.
Thanks in advance Mike |

Used my lunchbreak today to head over to the CQ and by finger touch only I counted 7 on the front and 6 on the rear. Does that sound right? Definately more on the front anyway... I hope this info helps. (There is no history with my car and so I can't tell if it's lowered or not ~ but I don't think it is having looked at pictures of other standard and modified CQ's.)
